Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charge (if within 24 hours) /Non attendance charge £50.00.
If you feel you need a longer physiotherapy appointment, as you have more than 1 problem or you have complex issues we can arrange a 1 hour assessment (see above).
If we decide acupuncture may help your condition, we may need a 45 minute treatment session at £90.
Prices can vary for different insurance companies.
We also sell various aids such as supports, foot orthotics, sports tape, ice/heat packs and resisted exercise bands which can be purchased directly from us, please ask at reception or your physiotherapist.

The Cambridge Physiotherapy Clinic offers flexible appointments and is recognised by some major insurance companies. Please check your policy carefully and contact us to check whether we recognise your insurance company.
Any shortfalls or excess must be honoured by the patient. We will require your membership number and any authorisation number prior to first appointment.
