Lucy Cameron MCSP, MSc, MACPLucy is passionate about helping her patients regain confidence in their bodies and get back to doing the things they love—whether that’s playing sports, walking with family, or simply living pain-free. She believes in a personalised, hands-on approach to treatment, empowering patients with the knowledge and tools they need to stay active and healthy. Lucy qualified as a Physiotherapist from Nottingham University in 1995 and has worked predominantly in the NHS, with a brief period in Australia. She has developed extensive clinical skills across all areas but has a particular expertise in spinal conditions such as back and neck pain but enjoys treating all areas. She completed post-graduate education in 1999 and earned an MSc in Advanced Practice and Research in 2013. She is qualified to use acupuncture alongside her other skills. For 15 years, Lucy worked at Addenbrooke’s Hospital as an Advanced Practitioner and Consultant Physiotherapist alongside Spinal Neurosurgeons, Rheumatologists, and Pain Consultants. Her role involved close collaboration with consultants, teaching at all levels, and contributing to regional and national projects to improve spinal care. Outside of work, Lucy enjoys walking her dog, playing golf (or at least trying!), travelling, and spending time with her family. |
Dave Smith PT, DPT, OCS, MCSP
Dave’s journey into physiotherapy began on the American football field. As a high school athlete, a knee injury could have sidelined him for good—but thanks to the power of physiotherapy, he was able to recover, return to the game, and move pain-free. This experience sparked his passion for helping others regain their mobility and strength. In 2016, Dave qualified as a physiotherapist, earning his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from The George Washington University. He further advanced his expertise by achieving Board Certification in Orthopaedics in 2020 through the American Physical Therapy Association. Since then, Dave has gained extensive experience working in private clinics across the USA, treating a wide range of conditions and helping people from all walks of life. He has also played a key role in educating future physiotherapists, serving as a faculty member in an orthopaedic residency programme and as an adjunct lecturer for a Doctor of Physical Therapy programme. Outside of work, Dave enjoys staying active—whether he’s lifting weights, playing basketball, or enjoying a game of ultimate frisbee. He also loves cooking, reading, and travelling with his wife and dog. |
Marc Rapkin MCSP, AACP Post Grad Cert Comb. Manip
Marc Graduated in 1992 from Liverpool. Since then he has undertaken a multitude of postgraduate qualifications, worked in both the NHS and private practice and owned and run a large multidisciplinary clinic in Suffolk. He has an interest in spinal pain and sports injuries and has practiced acupuncture for twenty years, often using it in combination with hands-on work and exercises to improve pain and function. His hobbies include walking, real tennis, reviving elderly cars, fishing and cooking. |
Kay WhiteKay White is a multi-disciplinary wellbeing practitioner: advanced soft tissue massage therapist, healthy living coach, Qigong and Kung Fu instructor – helping clients feel better, gain resilience, and stay well. Kay helps with chronic pain, day-to-day niggles, unhealthy lifestyle habits. |
Sarah Palmer MSc, BSc, MCSP
Sarah qualified in 2020 as a physiotherapist have completed the MSc (Physiotherapy pre-reg) in Oxford. She previously attended Loughborough University where she gained a BSc in Sports and Exercise Science before deciding she wanted to be a physiotherapist. She works as a senior physiotherapist in the NHS, alongside her private clinic work. Sarah is happy seeing all patients but particularly enjoys seeing sports injuries. With her own personal love of running, she understands the needs of the athlete and how to return them to their full potential. |
Jenny Law BSc, MSc,MCSP, MMACP
Jenny is a highly skilled and experienced physiotherapist with a passion for helping people stay active and pain-free. As a carer for her disabled daughter and her mum, Jenny understands the challenges of juggling daily responsibilities while prioritising health. She believes that staying active is key—not just for physical well-being, but for overall resilience and mental health. She qualified from Manchester University in 1994 and later completed a master’s in Advanced Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy at the University of Brighton. Her career has included roles in Manchester, London and Australian hospitals, and more recently, she worked at Addenbrooke’s Hospital. With a combination of clinical expertise and personal insight, Jenny takes a realistic and empathetic approach to physiotherapy. Whether helping patients recover from injury, manage long-term conditions, or improve mobility, she is committed to delivering tailored, patient-focused care to keep people moving with confidence. |
Emma Shinkin BSc, MSCP, PG Cert
‘Emma qualified as a physiotherapist from the University of Birmingham in 2007. She has a Post Graduate Certificate in Advanced Physiotherapy and is working towards completing her full masters. In addition, she has a level 3 Diploma in sports massage. She has worked in the NHS for 17 years and has a wide range of experience working across the fields of trauma, orthopaedics, respiratory, neurology including stroke, head injuries and spinal injuries and women’s health before specialising in musculoskeletal in 2015. Emma also currently works as a highly specialist Physiotherapist in the NHS in Peterborough and works across GP practices. She has previously worked in private practice and previously worked with Swansea City AFC and Cardiff City FC youth academies. Emma is an ex-Senior Welsh hockey international with over 50 caps and played in the Commonwealth Games in Delhi and World Cup qualifiers in Russia in 2010. She is an ex-Welsh football international up to under 19 level and played in the UEFA Championships in Finland. She enjoys treating a wide range of conditions including sports injuries
Kyle Hawley PT, DPT, OCS, MCSP
Kyle’s passion for physiotherapy is rooted in his personal experience as an athlete. Having participated in sports such as basketball, baseball, golf, track and field, and ice hockey, he developed a deep understanding of movement, injury prevention, and recovery. He continues to enjoy staying active through exercise, hiking, alpine skiing, and golf. Kyle has a broad range of experience working with musculoskeletal patients, from high-performing athletes to individuals seeking to return to everyday activities pain-free. He is passionate about helping people get back to the things they love, whether it's gardening, walking the dog, or tackling DIY projects around the house. Throughout his career, Kyle has treated a diverse group of patients, focusing on improving mobility, reducing pain, and enhancing quality of life. Kyle earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Northern Michigan University in 2009 and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Wayne State University in 2014. He achieved Board Certification in Orthopaedics in 2020, specializing in musculoskeletal rehabilitation. With a patient-centred approach and diverse experience, Kyle is dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities live pain-free. |
Natasha Woodbine MSc, MCSP, MACP
Natasha trained at King’s College London, qualifying in 2001, and completed her MSc in Neuromusculoskeletal Physiotherapy from the University of Hertfordshire in 2005. She is 'Manipulation Association of Chartered Physiotherapists' (MACP) accredited.
She works both within the NHS and at Cambridge Physiotherapy Clinic as an Upper Limb Specialist Physiotherapist. She has spent many years working closely with the Orthopaedic Consultants, managing shoulder and upper limb conditions and as such, has extensive knowledge of both Physiotherapy and Orthopaedic management of upper limb problems. Within this area, she also has an active role in research and teaching. She is experienced in treating both adults and children. Alongside her Upper Limb Specialist role, she still treats general MSK problems in adults, and spent 15 years within the NHS treating children with a variety of Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal conditions, in particular children with shoulder instability.
Whilst her main interest is in upper limb conditions, she enjoys treating all musculoskeletal problems, including neck and back pain.
