Our Culture & Ethos
At Cambridge Physiotherapy Clinic, we believe our team is the heart of what we do. Since 1986, we’ve built a reputation not just for clinical expertise, but for our commitment to kindness, integrity, and empowerment—both for our patients and our staff.
Our clinicians come from a wide range of backgrounds and bring with them a depth of experience, but what unites us is a shared drive to provide the best possible care. We work collaboratively, support one another, and constantly strive to improve the way we work. We’re proud to be a place where patients feel safe, respected, and genuinely cared for—and where staff feel valued and supported.

Staff Training & Development
Learning and development are a core part of life at our clinic. We don’t believe in standing still—whether you’re newly qualified or have decades of experience, we offer ongoing opportunities to grow.
We provide:
- Regular in-house teaching and peer mentoring
- Financial support and study leave for external CPD and courses
- Opportunities to supervise and support physiotherapy undergraduate students
- Work experience placements for those exploring a career in physiotherapy
We also embrace innovation. Our clinicians use digital note systems and AI transcription software to reduce admin time, giving them more time to focus on what matters most—patient care.
Job Opportunities
We’re always on the lookout for talented, passionate professionals to join our team. If you’re a physiotherapist who shares our values and wants to work in a supportive, forward-thinking environment, we’d love to hear from you.
We are particularly interested in musculoskeletal clinicians, but if your specialty lies elsewhere, do get in touch—we’re open to exploring how your skills might complement our service.
Please note: We are currently unable to offer working visas, and applicants must have at least three months’ experience working in the UK.
To express your interest, please send your CV to info@cambsphysioclinic.co.uk. We’re happy to have an informal chat to explore potential opportunities.
